Leveraging Mobile for On-the-Go Credit Account Convenience

It’s no secret that retailers continually look for new ways to attract and retain shoppers. And in the early to mid 2000s, mobile apps were becoming an integral part of that equation. Investing in the development of them, however, was problematic.

Not for Alliance Data Card Services, however. As the leading provider of tailored marketing and loyalty solutions for branded credit, Alliance Data offers its clients strategic, branded partner apps that connect retailers with their credit cardmembers in ways that matter most.

In order to create a “wow” shopping experience, Alliance Data invested in putting mobile functionality into the hands of its clients’ customers. From proof-of-concept to a frictionless user experience, clear, concise, and fresh content helps give context to the experience.

Teaming up with the user experience (UX) team, I’ve written (and helped evolve) mobile app and native app content, including push messaging and app store descriptions.
